Who It Is For
We Provide Support
First and foremost, we are here to listen. Sometimes it just helps to know there’s someone in your corner. Even a brief check-in to ask how your appointment went can help get through the process. Our support is personalized to you.
When you reach out, we’ll work with you to schedule a time that works for you through your preferred communication (email, phone, or text).
We Chat About Your Overall Wellbeing
No matter which team you connect with, we want to know how you’re doing and hear your story. Share as much or as little information as you’re comfortable with. For example, with a Regional Health Coordinator, that could mean talking about waiting for a particular diagnosis, seeking more support with a concern, looking for culturally grounded services in your area, and more.
Our Regional Mental Wellness Coordinators are happy to provide a touch point between other appointments with mental health professionals, help you find culturally relevant healing, connect you with local resources, and more. We can even offer regular check-ins to make sure you’re on track with your care. Youth Mental Wellness Coordinators serve youth aged 15-30 years old, helping with navigating the mental health system. They also lead youth-focused mental wellness workshops and activities.
We Look at Resources in Your Community
When it comes to health and wellbeing, it can be hard to know where to start. By taking a wholistic view, we can support you in finding resources in your community that meet your needs.
We Meet on an As-Needed Basis
Whether it’s a one-time call to ask about community connections, attending one of our workshops, or more regular check-ins as you await an appointment, we will work with you to understand what you need.
