Momentum Coaching and Counselling Services is a 100% Métis owned and operated business providing professional counselling, coaching, mediation, and facilitation services for individuals, families, groups, executives, and organizations. Led by a Registered Professional Counsellor and Certified Professional Coach with a MasterÕs in Clinical & Health Psychology, Momentum delivers a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach to every engagement. Our practice is guided by the highest ethical standards as a member of the Canadian College of Professional Counsellors & Psychotherapists, the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).

Our facilitation and mediation services are designed to help organizations, teams, and communities navigate complex conversations, resolve conflicts, and achieve meaningful outcomes. As IAF members, we use internationally recognized facilitation methods to foster inclusive dialogue, strengthen collaboration, and support effective group decision-making. Our mediation services draw on best practices to address disputes, build understanding, and restore relationships in both workplace and community settings.

With extensive experience across corporate, public, and non-profit sectorsÑincluding significant work with Indigenous communitiesÑMomentum offers assessments, individual, family, couples, and group counselling, as well as workshops, training, and psycho-educational support groups.
