Fort Steele Counselling offers compassionate, trauma-informed support for individuals seeking greater balance and wellbeing. Guided by respect, curiosity, and care, I provide a safe and grounded space to explore anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and life transitions. My work is relational at its core Ñ built on trust, reflection, and a pace that honours each personÕs readiness. I draw from a range of counselling approaches while remaining attentive to cultural context and individual meaning. Clients from all backgrounds are welcome, and sessions are tailored to fit the person rather than a single method.
For those who feel drawn to nature, land-based healing may be part of the process Ñ time outdoors, gentle movement, or reflective practices that connect body, emotion, and environment.
As a clinical supervisor, I support clients and counsellors alike in developing self-awareness, ethical clarity, and resilience. My work is rooted in the belief that healing starts with connection.
