Indigenous-owned, situated in the heart of downtown Kamloops on the traditional unceded lands of the TkÕemlœps te SecwŽpemc within SecwepemcœlÕecw in the heart of downtown Kamloops. We respectfully acknowledge the traditional territory of the SecwŽpemc people, upon which we work and live.

We are a team of Kinesiologists, Physiotherapists, and Counsellors providing exceptional care through exercise therapy, active rehabilitation, counselling and therapeutic services. We strive to provide a safe and supportive environment for healing and personal growth, a place where people can come to learn about their body and mind and adopt tools for self-care.
