About the Opportunity

The Senior Compensation and Performance Programs Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing MNBC’s compensation and performance programs. This includes ensuring compensation is applied consistently, supporting the job evaluation process, providing advice on new and changing positions, and leading annual performance and salary review cycles. The Manager works closely with the Executive Director of People and Culture and provides direct advice to senior leaders and hiring managers. This role manages high volumes of requests, builds tools and structures that support consistent decisions, and ensures the organization’s compensation approach is fair, financially responsible, and aligned with MNBC’s structure and long-term workforce planning.
The Manager also contributes to organization design discussions, advising on how structural changes impact compensation and roles. The role blends technical expertise with coaching, data analysis, and change leadership to support staff growth, promote corporate objectives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
