Creatively Sustained offers decolonial & indigenized supports for leaders navigating change. Led by Catherine Ruddell, a certified facilitator of the Cultivating Safe Spaces framework. This body of work founded by Elaine Alec, offers concrete day to day actions that everyone can take towards systems change. Challenges can emerge as workplaces become more diverse and structures evolve and grow. Team and leadership dynamics shift when relationships are centered, as safety and trust are required for the inclusion of different perspectives, values and worldviews at work. Organizations, non-profits and community groups can benefit from a half day or full day workshop with their teams. In addition to facilitation, Catherine also offers one on one coaching through an indigenous lens, completing her Coach Training through First Nations Health Authority in 2024, and her Wholehearted Coaching Certification in 2026.
