About the Project
MNBC, in partnership with the Columbia Valley Métis Association, is developing a 41-unit affordable rental apartment building in Invermere. The project includes a mix of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, with accessible units. Features include lock-off suites for intergenerational living, a cultural amenity room, outdoor play areas, an accessible rooftop garden, and community gathering spaces.
